Pleasant Experience After doing my initial research on the vehicle I was interested in (2019 RAV4 Hybrid) I visited Toyota of Huntington for a test drive, and dealer stoc After doing my initial research on the vehicle I was interested in (2019 RAV4 Hybrid) I visited Toyota of Huntington for a test drive, and dealer stock review. The experience was courteous and professional right from the beginning. Since I learned that the color I wanted was not in stock here, I gave my Product Specialist Kendell Kensell some time to see what he could track down from other dealers in the metropolitan area, During this time, I was contacted by, conversed with, and met with several other salespersons from other local Toyota Dealers, who also searched (unsuccessfully) for a comparable vehicle, but offered some alternatives. It wasn't more than a few days when Kendall called and said he found two matches to my first choice! Since I had some prior precedent on the pricing and financing, we came to an agreement quickly, and the vehicle was reserved for pick up and transport. The deal was blessed by the General Manager, Keith Drago, who along with Kendall helped to expedite the process. Then upon delivery a few days later, it fell under the guidance of Finance Director Larry Velasques who promptly pulled all of the necessary paperwork together, and I was on my way home driving my new car in what seemed like record time! After buying over 20 new cars in my lifetime, this was one of best no pressure, lets get you what want experiences I ever had! More
