Sales department is awesome. Process of purchasing the car was lengthy. Service department is overwhelmed. Tried calling for "free" oil changes and couldn't get an appointmen Process of purchasing the car was lengthy. Service department is overwhelmed. Tried calling for "free" oil changes and couldn't get an appointment within 5 weeks. Then car broke down and had to be towed in and took 3 weeks just to diagnose. Ended up trading that car in on a new car. The sales department took the service issues into consideration. More
