Once again, dealer can’t deliver. Our sales guy is still 5/5 thanks Stephan. But everything else is a circus. So the 30 day temp tag expires and had to get a new one. The “guy” who does this was out but they managed to get us one, great. What did we find out and why a one star? The Finance guy ordered a new plate when we had aone, it was. adv plate but not a military one, just one that started with DV - he ordered a brand new plate. Yep, now the CUSTOMER has to fix this. Read my other fun times with this incompetent dealer. Oh, by the way - if you see JOY’s replied just know it’s been a month and we still haven’t heard from the dealership. Just a trained answer from everyone - Let us make it up to you next time… How about this time Joy?!?! More

First time at dealership to get my car serviced for an oil change. It took 3 hours until completion with “no issues to report, I’m all set”.. so that was kinda long but still good. I was able to communicate with Laura about potentially trading in my truck, she helped me set up an appointment and gave me some potential selling figures, I appreciated her assistance!! I had a small fabric rip on the undercarriage of my Santa Cruz that is hanging down, kinda hoped they would adjust it or repair it for me slightly, but nope it’s not covered by warranty because it’s not mechanical, so I have to pay nearly half a grand to get it replaced..bummer. More

Daniel saved the day for us in purchasing the car, otherwise we would have walked away. He drove all the way up to Bradenton dealership to pick it up so we could have it in time to purchase under 0 fi otherwise we would have walked away. He drove all the way up to Bradenton dealership to pick it up so we could have it in time to purchase under 0 finance agreement before it expired. We took the car in to have ceramic coating detail done. When picked up they never touched the car. Left it out in rain all night and was dirty when we arrived. Inside of car was all dusty and the process was also never done.. We had to get leadership involved to make it right and redo the car. It was short of a nightmare and we are really nervous about having any future service done to our car. As they are not trustworthy and transparent. More
