Awesome Experience! I cannot say enough about my awesome experience purchasing my new Kia Optima at Halleen Kia! One would not normally mingle the words “car dealership” I cannot say enough about my awesome experience purchasing my new Kia Optima at Halleen Kia! One would not normally mingle the words “car dealership” and “family” in the same sentence. However, that is exactly how everyone at Halleen made me feel – like one of the family. From the moment I contacted Laura Campbell the day before, I felt welcome. My need for a car was urgent, as someone had just totaled my former 2013 Kia Optima. Together, we tackled the problem. Piece by piece, Laura Campbell, Jim McConville, and Steve Stein lifted away the layers of my anxiety and desperation. I had ventured to Halleen as though armed for battle, stuffing into my bag everything I thought they might need, from paystubs and utility bills to prove income and residency to all of my loan documents and statements from my former Kia. Instead, I almost wanted to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. The process was so easy! Even though Saturday was incredibly busy at Halleen, not once did I feel neglected. Everyone kept me apprised of where we were in the process from beginning to end, making certain that I got the car that would fulfill my needs, and maybe – just maybe – quite a few of my desires, as well. The outcome is that a brand new 2018 Kia Optima is now sitting in my driveway! I returned to Halleen Kia because I trusted Laura Campbell and that trust has now expanded to other members of the staff as well. My Kia Optima should retain its value and function for many years to come. I will not hesitate to recommend Halleen Kia in North Olmsted, Ohio to any of my friends, family, and to anyone else with whom I come into contact. Pick up the phone and call them or stop in. When I went back to Halleen Kia this past month, I wasn’t sure if I was looking for another certified pre owned or new. Jon took the time to show me everything that I wanted and when I finally made the decision to purchase new, spent time locating the specific car that I was looking for. Laura stepped in and took it further, again answering my questions and requests on a specific vehicle, and coming up with some numbers that met my needs. Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with, not pressuring me, but rather finding out what I wanted, and going out of the way to met my needs. He showed me all the options on the lot and let me make the choice that was right for me. Charles made the transaction quick and efficient without high pressure up-sales while presenting my options. Mike was very friendly and welcoming, helping me set up the first (free) service visit and answering my questions. Overall, the best experience I have had in 35+ years of car purchases! More
