Having financed $30,000 for a car from your dealership, it would have been such an easy (and arguably the appropriate) thing to get a second key made for me. It took six months, two voicemails, and finally it would have been such an easy (and arguably the appropriate) thing to get a second key made for me. It took six months, two voicemails, and finally a text to hear back from my salesman after he said he would check about it. And then told me that you didn't have one and wouldn't make one for me. Honestly, based on this experience, I will not return there nor would I recommend your dealership to anyone. More
