Our sales professional was Kevin Prull and he made the transaction from start to finish, hassle-free and seamless. He understood from the start what we were looking for and never tried to push anything we didn't want. He has a wonderfully gentle personality and he knows his stuff! Car salesmen may have a bad reputation, and for some rightfully so, but Kevin brings a refreshingly positive approach to the table leaving you to wonder why you've ever bought a car from anyone else! The rest of the sales team are courteous and personable and truly make everyone feel worthy of driving a BMW. In just a short 48 hours Kevin with the help of the rest of the Circle BMW team was able to close the deal for our dream car and we could not be happier! When taking delivery of the car, we were greeted by the lovely Adriana Barile who truly is a BMW genius! She walked us through all of the wonderful features our new car has to offer and answered every question we had without hesitation! She is incredibly charming and has such an endearing personality, she is just the person you'd want to close out the end of the car-buying experience with!
