The service department did an excellent job on my 2013 Rav4. I was disappointed with the transportation service though. All the info you sent said you offered 2 way service due to my home health needs. Rav4. I was disappointed with the transportation service though. All the info you sent said you offered 2 way service due to my home health needs. I drive it in, you take me home, You pick me up when car is ready, I pay for it and drive it home. Your service department said they couldn't do it so I had to have my daughter drive me in for pick up. I like your garage but you shouldn't advertise the service if you can't provide it. But I was happy with the service. More
