I just wanted to feel confident that I was getting a fair price without stretching myself so thin that I couldn’t actually enjoy the car I was working so hard to get as there are not a ton of options due to inventory. I do want to be a lifelong part of the Volkswagen Family. That’s why I’m so grateful I had Laura Torres helping me for my 3rd lease through the process. She was extremely patient and understanding as I laid out all my parameters, concerns, and questions. She never rushed me or made me feel like I was asking too much. Instead, she took the time to walk me through every detail and made sure I felt informed and comfortable with each step. Her honesty, professionalism, and support made all the difference. I truly feel like I got the best deal possible, and most importantly, peace of mind. I’ll admit, I may have been a bit blunt at times, so I want to sincerely apologize for being so difficult as times — it came from a place of stress of buying a car (which the process does need to be more seamless via the industry) and wanting to make the right decision as the car market is extremely impacted by the daily economy due to COLA.
