Thank you Five Star for always taking care of our two Subarus. We never worry while our cars are being serviced. Lauren Cano, is our service advisor. She is the best person we have ever had to manage the needs of our cars. She represents Fire Star with integrity and compassion. She always goes above and beyond when helping us. We have never had a bad experience at Five Star. They make sure people are greeted by an employee as soon as you drive into the bay. They are through with the assessment and pass the information to the assigned service advisor immediately. The car is assessed, info given to advisor, and discussed with customer. The customer decides on the repairs with the advisor. There are two nice waiting rooms. Each has a large TV. There is an area geared for children that adjoins one of the large waiting rooms. It includes a TV for cartoons, etc. Adult chairs provided for caregivers. The service department is excellent about reminders of upcoming due dates for scheduled service. Coupons are mailed to customers periodically. The snacks, bottled water, coffee machine, soft drink machine, is well stocked with lots of choices. This is a fabulous company! It feel like home. Service advisor was great. Got in my car and realized someone had gone through things in my door. Also, when I turned on my car someone had turned on a different station that w Got in my car and realized someone had gone through things in my door. He left to go “Shake things up” but I never heard from him.. I really have been happy when I have been here and like them because they help with Canine Companions but I am not sure I will return after getting things taken from my vehicle. More

I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service and customer care I received from Sam Pack Five Star Subaru located in Grapevine Texas. I recently had a warranty claim for my the excellent service and customer care I received from Sam Pack Five Star Subaru located in Grapevine Texas. I recently had a warranty claim for my 2023 Subaru Outback, which had a faulty battery . I was very impressed by how quickly and smoothly the dealer handled the claim process, and how they provided me with a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired. The  staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. They also kept me updated on the status of the repair and notified me when it was completed. I was very happy to receive my car back in perfect condition, and with a complimentary wash and vacuum. I would  like to recognize the members of the team that have exceeded my expectations and earned my loyalty as a customer. When I dropped off the car my wife and I were greeted by Lauren Cano. Lauren had great customer service skills as she and my wife chatted while I was talking with Jason Womack(Service Director). Jason had a loan car waiting for us and told me that Michael Ohanesian would be handling our R.O. The team at Five Star Subaru made us feel like family. I have never been treated more warmly. I feel like I was given a very fair deal and they beat the APR quote from my bank.
