They are not too bad but they didn’t address my missing parts on the air vent. This is a new vehicle and how did that part came off. They telling me that I have to order it from sales which will cost me ov parts on the air vent. This is a new vehicle and how did that part came off. I did try to return the car after I saw the vehicle because it didn’t have what I was looking for but they refused to help. More

Fluids not topped off both windshield washers reservoirs low or empty. Oil and grease hand prints on grill and hood on a vehicle I just detailed the day before.
