Purchased an extended warranty, they offer the Subaru one, which I had heard is less of a hassle if it is needed later. I had the wrong idea about which warranty option to buy, Craig took the time to steer me to the one that fit my driving style, even though that one was less expensive. Also, didn't know, in NY, there is state protection from high registration fees. Fees were quoted much higher at CT dealerships. Save your time and money, go to Rye first! More

I've bought my last two cars (both CrossTreks, and the current one, a CrossTrek Hybrid) from Lauren Hirshowitz. She is a terrific person to work with - comprehensive, knowledgeable, and entirely reasonable. If I had the choice, I would work with no one else but her at Rye Subaru. Add in that the service department has been perfect - for many years. Courteous, on time, always competent. I've bought Subarus from two other dealers, both of whom were good, but not in the league of this one. More
