I also dealt with Kevin who was delightful. Ali made sure all the details were handled. Before I drove off he spent time going over the technology in the car which was very helpful. He also called afterward for follow-up about insurance and if I had any problems. Overall a good experience. I would do business with Ali and the dealership in the future. More

Sven accommodated my schedule and had everything ready as promised. He was very patient and spent a good amount of time with me to set up the basics on my car and ensure I had a good understanding of the important features so that I felt very comfortable diving off the lot. Sven even followed up with me to ensure I was enjoying the car. I know Sven will be there should I have questions in the future. This is my second Audi from Burlington and I highly recommend the dealership and the experience they provide. More

Don't waste your time I was originally interested in an Audi for their amazing reputation and quality so I tried to schedule a test drive online with Audi of Burlington. I I was originally interested in an Audi for their amazing reputation and quality so I tried to schedule a test drive online with Audi of Burlington. I was told I could take a look at a few from Lauren via email. I head into the dealership's showroom with a friend, took a good 5 minutes for someone to come over named Ali. This is already pretty strange, generally if I went into any other dealer I'd have an agent at the door waiting for me, not the other way around. I don't think I would have had someone come over if it wasn't for the fact I was looking at a 60k+ car in the show room. When I go to a car dealership and I hear I could take a look at a car I'd assume that would include getting to test drive one or at least being able to get into one, but when they say look they really just mean't "look"! I don't know how they expect someone to buy a car if they don't allow you to even sit it in! They never asked my name, nor my credit rating even, wasn't given a chance. I don't think you could even pay me to visit this dealership again. More

I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have had in all those years with the process of buying a vehicle. We all hear the horror stories and I have experienced them with various other dealerships over the years. Ali Mohajer, the sales representative, Chris Sargent, general manager and Lauren Savage, the business development manager were not only very pleasant to work with, they were professional, attentive and very responsive to my emails and questions that I had about the vehicle.
