David was absolutely wonderful to work with and this was by far the easiest buying/leasing exp I just leased (and have purchased) my 7th or 8th Audi. David was absolutely wonderful to work with and this was by far the easiest buying/leasing experience. The difference was David and Lauren. They were filling in for someone who had initially reached out online. Lauren suggested I come by the dealership for a test drive and David stepped in and closed the deal. I was short on time, and they were very accommodating with no back of back and forth. Lauren had sent me the numbers by email, and David and the Sales manager worked out the final numbers (same as Lauren's quote) within 10 minutes. I can't say enough nice things about them and have David looking for my wife's next car! --Bill More

Worth the trip I flew from Cleveland to Burlington to pick up my car and drive it home, which can be a bit of a nerve-wracking experience. The Audi Burlington gang are all over it! I was looking around for another Audi, I wanted to get one of the last Audi S6's before they introduce the all new design. I wrote a simple email to the dealership and Lauren Savage (the Internet Manager) was all over my requests and inquiries. She got back to me promptly with answers to questions, and really has a talent to make connections. If it was not for her, I would not have showed up to the dealership that day, she just said all the right things and had all the answers. She spoke with Adnan Sehovic about a special ordering situation, and he went out of his way to make my deal happen. When I got to the dealership Lauren introduced me to Peter Matton, she told me he was the most experienced guy in the dealership. I was so happy how Peter just got right down to business. He's got a cool demeanor and you can just tell he knows what he's doing. He's kept me up to date and was so thorough on all the details. I have to say one of the managers that inspected my trade had me come out with him to look over my car. His name was Chris Sargent. I can't explain how genuine this manager was, he knows how's to communicate, and made me feel so comfortable with his decision making. I have to say everyone at the dealership was smiling and very good at acknowledging my presence... Both Sven Curkic, that handsome stud, and Kathleen Hutchinson for example made direct eye contact with me several times and asked how I was doing, etc. More
