I recently got in a car accident and my vehicle got totaled and the finance help me with holding my deposit till I get my money from my insurance for my other vehicle that got totaled. Fred, Nick, Laurie, and Bob all took extra time to ask about our kids' names & genuinely engage with them. As Nick was going over some numbers, Fred actually watched over the kids in the toy room.
