Not only did she keep in touch with me off and on for months, she always responded in a prompt and courteous way. Emailing kept their best offers available for me to review and compare at my convenience, and were significantly lower than MSRP. When we finally decided to purchase our brand new vehicle and arrived to check it out to confirm, Laurie passed us on to Jim. Jim was patient with us as we tried to decide on a color we would love for years to come, and also offered us valuable insight into which accessories/upgrades were must haves for our family, and also which we should pass on. It was a strong contrast to our negative experiences with dealerships in Chicago. Having to drive from where we live in Chicago to the Aurora/Naperville wasn't ideal.
