Our salesperson Brian Edwards took his time with us and was patient - to be sure we got the right car for our needs. The finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. We never felt pressured. He took us through the financial contract and extended warranty portion, which we also purchased, with expert care and professionalism. Dwan was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very straight forward and very flexible. Dwan overnight-ed some paper work in order to make the deal go more smoothly. I could have gotten the car for a few hundred dollars cheaper from another dealer but chose Valley Honda because I knew their would be no surprises and Dwan's attention to detail was impeccable. Dwan made the whole experience very transparent and that is why I chose to purchase their. He worked very closely with the finance manager who was also terrific. Dwan was the reason I bought the car.
