At least that was how I felt after 5 other attempts with different dealers before walking into Valley Honda 3 years ago. My experience at Valley Honda...I was immediately greeted and welcomed by a professional. I explained that I was in a situation where I was looking to see if Honda was willing to take a trade for my vehicle, as is (non-working). I was taken to their spacious waiting area by their show room and immediately saw how clean Valley Honda was. It appeared that every single professional was dressed above standard and every piece of furniture was always in proper place. Definitely not sloppy. I was impressed right away by the attention to details. Valley Honda has an excellent process! They are kid ready, friendly and equipped with all the kid Mac Technology so kids do not get bored. In fact, I have witnessed kids not wanting to leave because they're having so much fun! They are also adult technology ready too for techies like me. I was then presented to a professional sales person, Jaime Bednarz, who walked me through their entire process and gave me a tour of their entire facility. After seeing how detailed they are to customer service, customer needs, customer feedback I was happy to give Valley Honda my business. I had purchased my first Honda Accord EXL V6 three years ago and they gladly took my non-working vehicle as a trade. I was more than surprised, especially after seeing how other dealers treated me, I was WOWED! Valley Honda and their professionals knew my situation and saw my need to get into a new car. They overcame every obstacle to earn my trust and business. On March 17, 2015 I returned to Valley Honda and seeing Jaime Bednarz again for my second purchase for a Honda Accord EXL V6. Jaime is a rock star when it comes to the customers needs and providing value to the client. She always has a smile on her face, very professional and a joy to work with. I know how important it is to her to see her clients happy with their decisions, as she has stellar follow up skills. Again, Jaime has made this enjoyable and a seamless process, as it can be extensive on a busy day or weekend.
