I used the Valley Honda site to contact them and was immediately answered by Laurie Bembinster. She was friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and made sure I knew that Valley Honda would continue to honor my business. She made sure a sales person would be able to take care of me during the limited time I had to make a deal. The sales person was Brandon Brabec. He also was friendly and very helpful. He made sure that I received exactly what i was looking for and made the process easy. Thanks to Laurie and Brandon, I look forward to again returning to Valley Honda for my next lease. More

At least that was how I felt after 5 other attempts with different dealers before walking into Valley Honda 3 years ago. My experience at Valley Honda...I was immediately greeted and welcomed by a professional. I explained that I was in a situation where I was looking to see if Honda was willing to take a trade for my vehicle, as is (non-working). I was taken to their spacious waiting area by their show room and immediately saw how clean Valley Honda was. It appeared that every single professional was dressed above standard and every piece of furniture was always in proper place. Definitely not sloppy. I was impressed right away by the attention to details. Valley Honda has an excellent process! They are kid ready, friendly and equipped with all the kid Mac Technology so kids do not get bored. In fact, I have witnessed kids not wanting to leave because they're having so much fun! They are also adult technology ready too for techies like me. I was then presented to a professional sales person, Jaime Bednarz, who walked me through their entire process and gave me a tour of their entire facility. After seeing how detailed they are to customer service, customer needs, customer feedback I was happy to give Valley Honda my business. I had purchased my first Honda Accord EXL V6 three years ago and they gladly took my non-working vehicle as a trade. I was more than surprised, especially after seeing how other dealers treated me, I was WOWED! Valley Honda and their professionals knew my situation and saw my need to get into a new car. They overcame every obstacle to earn my trust and business. On March 17, 2015 I returned to Valley Honda and seeing Jaime Bednarz again for my second purchase for a Honda Accord EXL V6. Jaime is a rock star when it comes to the customers needs and providing value to the client. She always has a smile on her face, very professional and a joy to work with. I know how important it is to her to see her clients happy with their decisions, as she has stellar follow up skills. Again, Jaime has made this enjoyable and a seamless process, as it can be extensive on a busy day or weekend. I commend all their professionals at Valley Honda as they constantly juggle multiple tasks, but never seem to miss a beat! I have worked with my sales person Jaime Bednarz, along with her sales manager Laurie Bembinster, multiple times and they truly make this fun, inviting and all about the customer experience. If you are looking for a dealership that makes you feel like a valued client, instead of a number, or simply want to a long term partner for future vehicles I encourage you to walk through Valley Honda before you waste time with other dealerships. I certainly did. You'll see with Valley Honda how they want you to walk away with a positive experience. Not only did I walk away with more than a positive experience at Valley Honda, I feel like they are family every time I come back because that is how I was treated. I inquired about purchasing a Honda Pilot through the internet to 4 dealers in the area. I had bought 5 Hondas before and this was to be our 6th. When I contacted Valley Honda I specifically mentioned internet to 4 dealers in the area. I had bought 5 Hondas before and this was to be our 6th. When I contacted Valley Honda I specifically mentioned how Laurie Bembinster had helped effectively facilitate a deal for me to by a Honda Accord 3 years ago. Again, this time I found that she was easily the most effective at responding to my inquiries and providing me a clear price in an easily understood format. The other 3 dealers really floundered in this department. This gave Valley Honda the edge in my opinion. However, when you go into this dealership you understand that there is a culture of putting the client first and doing whatever it takes to make the buying experience one that the consumer will not forget. It was at that time that I worked with Brian Roman. It was a very busy day and I had coordinated with Laurie to come in and meet one of the sales associates. Brian took care of us every step of the way. He was extremely thorough and made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. Truth be told it was Memorial Day and the dealership was packed. However, our experience could not have been better. I had an opportunity to speak to the owner Bob Navarre when I was there and I told him that it reminded me of how Disney World runs their operation. All associates go the extra mile to make you feel special and the facility is spotless. It turned out that not only did Valley Honda have the most thorough responses to my internet inquiry they also ended up having the best price. We now know that there was no need to look at the other dealers. I would recommend that you save your energy and contact Valley Honda first and ask for Laurie Bembinster or Brian Roman.
