Layla Lopez, the sales person I worked with was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and not high pressure at all. She respected my opinions and worked very hard to make sure the car that best fit my needs was found and secured. I really trusted her and respected her honesty and opinion. Tracy in the finance department was wonderful too. She also respected me and worked very hard to complete the transaction that best fit my needs. Both Layla and Tracy were so professional and knowledgeable and so friendly. The rest of the management was awesome. I was thanked in person and by emails too. All of these factors made me feel so appreciated. I was told and I do feel that I am now a valued member of the Subaru family and for this I am very grateful!!!
