We told Rick what we were looking for and what our budget was. He did not once try to force us into a higher priced vehicle like other dealerships do. The vehicle we were looking for had very specific requirements that are not easy to find. Rick did not try to talk us out of or into a vehicle. We drove from Houston to look at the truck, because our local dealerships wanted to sell the vehicle they wanted, not the one we needed. He had it pulled up front with everything ready to go for us when we got there. There was no pressure from anyone at the dealership to move into something we were not comfortable with. All of the staff we had interactions with were very pleasant. After we finished our paperwork Rick sent Leonard (I believe this is him, but could be wrong) to show me the different aspects of the truck we may have missed before, including voice commands, power points, accessibility, etc. I will be sending anyone looking for a vehicle to this dealership. More
