I feel that it was a good experience I purchased a Chrysler 300 from James Valentine and was only given one key for the car! He told me that the prior owner won't call him back so that he I purchased a Chrysler 300 from James Valentine and was only given one key for the car! He told me that the prior owner won't call him back so that he can give me the spare key.. tell me how that is my fault? I was told if I wanted a spare key made at the dealership that I would have to pay $250 to get it made. Complete BS. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If he cared about customer service he would of found a way to get me a spare key. A spare is always needed in case the ONE key I have is lost!! I worked with Lee Grubbs and I was able to get a spare key made and was only responsible to pay half for the key - instead of the full price. I would recommend this dealership to others as they did help me out after the trouble I was through. More

I was treated as if I was buying the Ferrari on the lot. He was very pleasant and willing to be there whenever I could home in. He made sure all the items I had concerns with were addressed and never was pushy. I will recommend the dealership and when I am ready to change out my car Gary eill be the furst person I will call. Certified ? We purchased our 328I at their asking price because wife fell in love with it. The problem I have if this dealership is truly a certified BMW dealership why did we have to pay for a second fob at $197 +?. We were given a second fob which turned out to be from another vehicle. We sent it back at our cost. Then we are told we had to purchase the second fob. Salesman was very polite & apologetic but it was not his call. Other than this great dealership & friendly staff More
