That car was beaten on so I checked the internet and found an even better model, newer and less mileage at CBB and had the pleasure of dealing with Q. With less than an hour's advance notice he had "my" car ready for a test drive, something several other dealers with more prep time could not or would not do. Love at first sight/drive and we made the deal that night. Q is as enthusiastic a car lover as I am and was so professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to be accommodating. In fact he even came in on his day off to go over all my car's features and personally detail it on a very rainy day, knowing as soon as I left the car would get poured on!! My husband HATES car shopping but he loved being at CBB. The inventory is incredible, too many beautiful cars to choose from and they are all in mint condition. If I didn't know the car I bought was a 2009 I'd swear it was new, it is just perfect! Travis in financing is also very professional and got the financing done quickly and took the time to get me the best rate and warranty. I am a first timer at CBB turned "life-timer." Of the 3 car purchases I have made this was truly top notch. More

Smooth overall experience, with a few hiccups along the way Why I would recommend them: - Overall smooth and straightforward process and generally happy with the experience. - They covered a pre-inspection re Why I would recommend them: - Overall smooth and straightforward process and generally happy with the experience. - They covered a pre-inspection report out of pocket (usually costs $200-300 so this was a nice gesture). - Finance department was very professional in handling the finance and titling details for the interstate sale (since I didn't know how to process this, this helped me save time... ). Why I wouldn't recommend them: - After I confirmed my interest in buying the car via email, a $800 "paint protection and window tint" package was added on the car without my prior consent. I was told it was already done and it could not be reversed. After I asked for photos of the tint as proof, I was then told it actually had not been done and the charge was removed. This made me really hesitate to proceed with the purchase as it made me question the integrity of all the dealer's statements thereafter. - Very little patience in explaining the sales terms. When I needed clarification on a particular term I was told "this is just how it has always been done". When I was ready to walk away from the sale, then all of a sudden they said they didn't need all the documents they had so adamantly required from me. The double standard on the document requirement made me further question their trustworthiness. - The overall process was relatively smooth, however, as a first time buyer of a Porsche, I secretly hoped for a really special and memorable sale process and this wasn't it. It was perfunctory. If that's ok for you, then it is not necessarily a negative. More

My 6th Purchase From Certified B&B - Love These Guys Certified Benz & Beemer is my happy place. Everyone I've ever met there is great and whoa, the wheeled toys in their inventory is breathtaking. He always takes great care of me. He is a straight-shooter and first class gentleman. I verify Jeff is working before coming in to look at cars. Jack Schneider is the owner and I must say that he has groomed and refined his business to rival the highest end new car dealerships. I consider many folks at Certified to be my friends that would allow me to crash their Thanksgiving table. On this particular visit, all I wanted to do was test drive a Porsche 911 just to see if I "needed" one in the future. I was interested in a 2002 911, but was also shown a newer 2007 that had just come in on trade. Mohamed Abdouni (finance manager) was on my case to consider the newer one. Well, after trying both cars overnight, I must admit that Mo was right...the newer 911 was sooooo much better...so I pulled the trigger...thanks Mo! Travis Walters (in finance) wrote up the deal without any glitches. He is a true professional. As many times as I've visited Certified B&B I finally got to meet their best kept secret...Richie Nicolai. He is a man of many skills, but chooses to focus his time in final delivery. He is the last person to touch your car before driving it home. Richie is kind, full of energy and his detail service is legendary (I have now learned)! I've purchased many details over the years, but never knew what a top notch detail was until seeing Richie's work. He is a special guy in many ways. Make a point to meet him when you visit Certified. They certified the car and added their CBB Advantage package with paint protection, door edge guards, window tint and drive Pur application. Plus future service of oil & filter service, tire rotation and the list goes on. When I originally purchased the car, they made a mistake on the purchase price, but when I called they immediately told me to come back in a re-sign. No haggling or arguments. That did surprise me, since it is hard to fine a dealership with that type of integrity. I will purchase another car from them in the future. More
