I had to pay for a rental car and the work was never completed on my jeep in the time frame promised, which was a waste of time and money. I know it is not my service advisors fault, he has been working completed on my jeep in the time frame promised, which was a waste of time and money. I know it is not my service advisors fault, he has been working with me during this process, however the technicians were not able to work on my jeep after I was told the work would be completed in one day. I now have to come back a separate day several days later to get the work done and wasted money on a rental. More

I got a diagnostic done. I opted to get my service elsewhere. My service representative once I opted out of service never contacted me back again. I told him the days I’d be I opted to get my service elsewhere. My service representative once I opted out of service never contacted me back again. I told him the days I’d be by to pick up my vehicle but heard nothing back. When I got to the dealership on the day mentioned they couldn’t find my car for 30 minutes. Have a great day. More
