Just what I wanted! I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry from this dealership and considered buying a hybrid. I didn’t like that I lost a large portion of the trunk to the ba I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry from this dealership and considered buying a hybrid. I didn’t like that I lost a large portion of the trunk to the battery. Recently I found out the battery is under the back seat so I contacted Brian Rea. He let me know when the 2020s went into production. He had a Camry Hybrid scheduled for production in early November and was able to change the exterior and interior colors as well as tithe options. Once the car was built, Brian let me know the car’s location almost daily as it made its way from Kansas City to Elk Grove. The purchase of the car could not have been any smoother. Brian’s was efficient with the paper work, and Lee Saeteune, the finance manager, was thorough. Once all the paperwork was completed Izea Speer, the Customer Relations Associate, spent time with me showing me the “bells and whistles” and I drove off a very happy camper! More

Truly Thankful My Husband and I were at the Dealership in Elk Grove for service on his Tundra. I thought I would drop in and ask if there has been any headway in the Scout GPS problem we have been having.After explaining things to J.Blair, She made us comfortable then returned with Jeremy Coffelt, He in turn brought out Jon Thompson, they had already figured out how to solve our problem. We were shown two vehicles that met our needs and actually surpassed any and everything else we had in mind!!!! Jeremy put us into a new Tacoma with the GPS I originally wanted, the extras were icing on the cake. I have never been so impressed.
