We were shown two vehicles that met our needs and actually surpassed any and everything else we had in mind!!!! Jeremy put us into a new Tacoma with the GPS I originally wanted, the extras were icing on the cake. I have never been so impressed. Great people at Elk Grove Toyota! I've had too many cars in my life so far. Sometimes I only keep them for a couple of years because needs and wants change. I've been getting cars fr I've had too many cars in my life so far. Sometimes I only keep them for a couple of years because needs and wants change. I've been getting cars from this company since they were Florin Road Toyota back in 1977, buying a used 1975 Toyota Land Cruiser. They have always been very professional and respect me like I'm a member of their family. I've never had any problems with anyone that worked for Florin Road Toyota or at Elk Grove Toyota. I've had many different cars and 4x4's, convertibles, cars with T-Tops, sports cars, domestic luxury cars and high end imports from many dealerships in the greater Sacramento area. Many motorcycles and a couple of boats too! I am now on my fourth Toyota and I'll come back to Elk Grove Toyota for my next car also. Thanks to all at this dealership for always going the extra mile to make sure I'm happy. PS: I've only checked a few of the people that I've talked to or worked with. Then he took me out on the lot and showed me a couple toyota Tacoma’s access cab 2019 . I asked to see a silver one which they didn’t have and he had one transferred from another dealer . I looked at it and made my decision to buy that day . He was a great help and assisted me through out the process. And Jeremy answered all my questions or if he didn’t know he got me the answer. I would by a car through Elk Grove toyota using Costco in a heart beat again . And i’ve Told everyone I know that I saved a lot of money buying thru the Costco process .and the dealer through Jeremy treated me fantastic.and I would never hesitate to send anyone to Jeremy Coffey to buy a Toyota . During the initial appt phone call, I feel the sales manager should have reminded me to bring 1) 3 reference contact (address + phone) 2) proof of car insurance 3) driver license I didn’t waste my time negotiating/haggling on price. I just wanted to go through the sales process as efficiently as possible. Since I didn’t bring 3 reference beforehand, I spent over 2 hours coming up with the 3 contact info. During the credit application process, I gave my driver license over. I took a first look at first draft of the credit application. a) The date of birth was wrong. b) The mobile phone number was wrong (even though this was the mobile I’ve been in contact with the sales manager) Perhaps, I may have verbally miscommunicated my mobile number. c) The work phone number is wrong. Perhaps I may have said the wrong work number. After that, I end up examining every number line by line for every document I signed. My entire sales process took 1.5 days. I think it could have gone smoother and faster if I had brought the 3 reference info before hand. More
