From the beginning I was not pleased for it was tough to get someone on the telephone to speak with. Once I was able to speak to Steve things went VERY well from there. Timing I’m sure is always a sensitive get someone on the telephone to speak with. Once I was able to speak to Steve things went VERY well from there. Timing I’m sure is always a sensitive subject with all customers, so yes it took way too long, yet allowed your staff be relational which made my experience better. Steve represented the highest level of customer service and Lee was fair with my requests. My only comment for improvement would be to have more finance folks to improve the closing time to move faster. I arrived after three phone conversations, thinking we were ahead of the game. Yet it took 2 1/2 hours to complete the deal. Yes they were short handed which did not help but all involved were very courteous and apologized for my wait. My overall experience was a good one and my return to Hardy will be expected. I will also give my recommendation for Steve Garner to anyone I speak to. Thank you all More
