Sales person only is interested in closing the deal. I didn’t know about PDI on a brand new Durango. To tell me that nothing could be done and that they need to other some type sensor because my brand new car had an engine light and stability control light on. The manager Lamar from the sales department named Manuel told me that they where going to Compensate my time with a full tank of gas, all weather mats and free oil change. They took about 3 weeks to fix my SUV and I end up getting nothing. The services department’s advise me to get everything in writing next time. Well there won’t be a next time. They do take care of you really fast but its customer service is REALLY BAD. This my second vehicle that purchased there and my last. Lamar you are very good liar, just hope everything ok. More
