Started out as terrible customer service by phone trying to schedule an appointment for following week and service rep taking appointments hung up on me. After several calls Lenny called me back and apologi to schedule an appointment for following week and service rep taking appointments hung up on me. After several calls Lenny called me back and apologiized. for the rude customer service via phone and set me up with Steve in the service department and again due their customer service concern I will continue to bring my vehicle in for service. Thank you both! More

From making the appointment to the service all upsetting. After multiple attempts to get in touch with them I was finally able to schedule the appointment. It was the first appointment of the day, and when d After multiple attempts to get in touch with them I was finally able to schedule the appointment. It was the first appointment of the day, and when dropping off my car I was informed they couldn't preform the recall that day. Then when they were able to get to my car I was informed I would have to pay out of pocket for the recall and they needed to know if I still wanted the service before they started. The price very inflated so I informed them I didn’t want anything to be done I will just pick it up. When picking it up they wanted me to pay for a diagnostic after I told them not to do anything. Had to speak with a manger to get my car back. The manager I spoke with was very professional and very good at his job. The cashier was very nice and professional. However the service representative I was dealing with the whole time was very upsetting to deal with. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

The customer service was the worst! I called several times left voicemails with a return phone number to get a hold of me yet as well as an email never received any call back. I finally I called several times left voicemails with a return phone number to get a hold of me yet as well as an email never received any call back. I finally drove up there to see why nobody turning my phone calls as well as emailing me. They already started to work on the car when I only drop it off for a diagnostic. Then one of the managers was so rude and got in my face I finally defended myself and I got in trouble for the incident and trespassed. none of the cameras work on the property whatsoever so I wasn’t able to validate or defend my case. Do not go here! They are horrible!!! More

When FORD motor company left me high and dry with a recall, the guys at Wayne Ackers really added to their already loaded day to try to help me. FORD stayed MIA. But Wayne Ackers team was incredibly k recall, the guys at Wayne Ackers really added to their already loaded day to try to help me. FORD stayed MIA. But Wayne Ackers team was incredibly kind and helped me for 3 weeks I’m an effort to get the recall repair approved. Amazing team, thank you Eric and Lenny, and the amazing ray of serious sunshine at the cashier desk. Thank you for still understanding customer service! More
