I brought my truck in for a NYS inspection and a tune up. The service staff were friendly and I had my car back in just a few hours. They also checked a rattling sound I hear when my truck goes over rough ro The service staff were friendly and I had my car back in just a few hours. They also checked a rattling sound I hear when my truck goes over rough roads and were able to assure me that that nothing was loose except perhaps the tonneau cover that I self installed. I also appreciate the shuttle rides I received. More

Communication was lacking this last visit. I had to call repeatedly for updates, and they were not clear about needing to keep the vehicle overnight. I had the source a ride home at 5:00 p.m. I had to call repeatedly for updates, and they were not clear about needing to keep the vehicle overnight. I had the source a ride home at 5:00 p.m. after the decision was made. Clunk is still present but not as bad. I need to follow up with another visit. Overall good service just communication this time. More
