DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES! Deceptive sales practices by management to get you to come in. A sales manager gave me a quote over the phone. He said it was only good for the day. Deceptive sales practices by management to get you to come in. A sales manager gave me a quote over the phone. He said it was only good for the day. I rushed there after work to do the deal. After keeping me there for 90 min, the quote came in $65/month higher than what he quoted me over the phone. I'm reporting this dealership to the corporate office. What a waste of time!! More

Best dealership experience in NJ! The staff at DCH is amazing, knowledgeable and always have your best interest in mind. Am on my 2nd vehicle from them now and the 2nd one took a little over 3 hours to close without any previous arrangements made. Amazing. Plus, There is no feeling like owing a car which has zero issues for 5 years or so. Zero engine light ir any of that other nonsense. More
