This has been the most disappointing experience I've ever had. It's been four to five months since I purchased my car, and I'm still waiting for my second remote key. It's almost been half a year! Whenever I reach out to them, they have no idea about the timeline and seem to be avoiding my calls. To make matters worse, the salesperson, Lenny, is impossible to reach. He always goes to voicemail and never returns my calls. I strongly advise against buying from this dealership unless they provide you with the everything immediately. Don't leave any ratings for them even if they ask for it until you've received all your items. More

Eric and Lenny managed our purchase really well. My wife had to drive for 1.5 hours with our kids to get there but Eric promised us to hold the car till we got there.
