Two days before my lease was up and I was still waiting for a RAV4, which I ordered Oct 13, to be delivered. Called Lenny got the word my new car had not been delivered and I was upset, told him I wanted for a RAV4, which I ordered Oct 13, to be delivered. Called Lenny got the word my new car had not been delivered and I was upset, told him I wanted a new car today! Lenny was so patient and kind and went to talk to his manager Max. Now Max just happened to have a silver Rav 4 hybrid that someone had decided not to purchase. Within 30 minutes I was at the dealership returning my 2021 RAV4 for my new Silver Rav4 Hybrid. The team that I worked with today, Lenny, Max, and Joey were fantastic helping me to get the deal done. I had worked with Joey before on the financing and he remembered me, I have been a customer of this dealership for over forty years, first in the Weymouth location. My customer number is very low, 2729. What I thought was going to be a hassle of a day turned out to be a very pleasant one thanks to the professionalism, kindness, and understanding of Lenny, Joey, and Max. That is why customer 2729 will keep returning to Toyota of Braintree for all my automotive needs. More

Sunny handled the paperwork which was great to see him still with them after he started selling us cars about 10 years ago. Can't leave out George Saef who sold us the first one, a '95 Camry Wagon. I can remember negotiating the price with Greg Tufankjian and it was coming down to the 3-disc CD player; we didn't even own a CD yet. Both Lenny and Max Bahery asked me what it would take to close the deal on a 2020 Corolla SE that I was interested in. I gave them my offer and they nodded their approval to accept it.
