Everyone was extremely helpful and down to earth. Lenny was especially helpful. I loved his no-nonsense attitude. The only thing that threw me for a loop was being asked to pay ~$5k over MSRP. I have always negotiated to pay less than MSRP, so was a bit thrown off by the request to pay more. Needless to say, I ended up paying ~$1k over MSRP after negotiations (based on the explanation of supply/demand, etc.). Overall, the process was seamless and positive, however! I will be sticking around for service, as I can see that the employees are happy here and enjoy working for the Tufankjians. That is always great to see! More

Lenny also put in so much extra work to help us pick up our car on time, which is something I admire and am very grateful for. We were definitely really lucky to be buying a car from Tufankjian Toyota as opposed to some of the other less reliable/shady dealers in Massachusetts! More
