Our sales rep Leo was very helpful and comfortable to deal with. He wasn’t pushy and I felt he was honest in his recommendations. I researched several used Tacomas online at a number of dealers. I ended up driving 200 miles to go to Sloane and bought a 2015 from Leo Dvoskin. The drive was worth it. I bought a car plain and simple after much looking at several dealers where we experienced bait and switch upsell and phantom vehicles. Sloane in Glenside did not look much better as after much looking at several dealers where we experienced bait and switch upsell and phantom vehicles. Sloane in Glenside did not look much better as the salesman who made the appt. was not there! Leo Dvoskin was there and immediately showed us the car before even asking for the old license and insurance stuff. A refreshing reminder of who was the customer! Leo was aware of my time my needs and worked with us patiently, On the office side (Vanessa ? ) it was also a positive experience (it's always hard to part with money). I am happy with the car, the deal and the experience at Sloane in Glenside. More
