I scheduled the appt for when they would have a loaner available, when my wife arrived they said there were no loaners available. Computer and cameras are glitchy, service tech said he has seen this a few available, when my wife arrived they said there were no loaners available. Computer and cameras are glitchy, service tech said he has seen this a few times and still determined no problem with the car. Then they washed the car and got grease all over the passenger side. I had to pay a professional detailer to remove all the grease. Not happy at all More
