The sales team, led by Leo Sam, takes the time to listen and really understand what I'm looking for. They then take a very transparent approach and work with me to structure the price/financing in an open, honest and no-pressure manner. I was over milage on my Audi that was coming off lease. Again. the team worked closely with me to determine that there was equity in my car and helped me to avoid paying the over milage fees. The car delivery process is equally as excellent - Tom Himsworth ensured that everything was perfect in my new vehicle and that all of the many settings were customized just for me. Lastly, Demery really does make the paperwork process quick and painless - no high pressure and always trying to help. I highly recommend Leo, Tom, Demery and the Audi Devon team to anyone looking for a new or used Audi. More

The inventory beyond the dealership for the color and packages I wanted for an A4, my first interest as a replacement for my 2017 A4, was lacking in the number of available cars up and down the east coast, but the A5 I ultimately bought was on the lot! Note: The A5 is not as smooth a driving experience as the A4; it's very noticeable, especially since the driving performance was why I have stayed with Audi, The reason may have to do with the 18" tires. I don't suppose there are any alternatives at this point. So while the color and shape of the car are great, the ride, while not bad, is disappointing. Reviews online do not say anything about this, but perhaps as more reviewers compare the A5 to the A4, more will point this out. It's a not entirely settled experience on the road, no matter how smooth the road. Do 17" tires work on the A5? Would they make a difference? Thank you. More

He is knowledgeable, responsive, and takes the time to listen to your needs, which are traits that are not as common as you might think in a salesperson. It is refreshing to work with someone with over 30 years of experience at the same dealership, which is an indication that the management team there is obviously doing something right. At no time did Gary, Leo, Nathan, or anyone at the dealership make you feel like it was "all about them" and meeting monthly sales goals, which was unfortunately our experience at some competing local dealerships that we've worked with in the past. In fact, even though we got "a better deal" at another location, we were willing to pay a few dollars more for our vehicle due to the professionalism demonstrated through the sales process and the respect that we have for the Audi Devon team.
