Perfect experience from walking in to driving out! We bought a Forester Sport for my 2 sons. We were looking for the safest car we could find in it's class and were naturally driven to look at Subaru. We bought a Forester Sport for my 2 sons. We were looking for the safest car we could find in it's class and were naturally driven to look at Subaru. We had looked at 2 other brands of vehicles previously, and my son's had started to notice the difference in the shopping experience between dealerships. When we arrived at Subaru of Naperville, it just felt right. No one was leering at us like prey. Leo Lopez approached us, and we began to talk cars. My boys and I appreciated appreciated his comfortable demeanor and personality. This felt like a triple win. Not only was Subura the car for us, but Leo and this awesome dealership were the right combination. After considering every car I have ever bought(many), this was the best car buying experience I have had in over 35 years of buying my own cars. We plan on buying another one from Leo next year when this car goes away to college. More

Got my dream car for a great price Leo was so friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about Subaru and my new car. VG EXPERIENCE AT GERALD subaru Naperville 1 STARTING with the internet gal Cyntia Barratt who was the main reason we drove from Indiana. to Illinois to purchase a Outback.Her knowledge along wit STARTING with the internet gal Cyntia Barratt who was the main reason we drove from Indiana. to Illinois to purchase a Outback.Her knowledge along with excellent customer service answer every guestion,calling texting us back in more than a timely fashion,texting inventory ,explaining pkgs,and getting a a great price.she works hard for her customers not like other internet pricingthe same people at other dealers,they could not even compare a smidgen to Cyntia. I know cause I talked to 2 others before Cyntia. When we arrived we whee assigned to Leo Lopez he deserves the same recognition as Cyntia because there was a problem with our trade .Because of his diligence the deal was consummated. HE knew how to handle the problem matter of our trade in working extremely hard also to make this deal come together with what we needed. Needless to say got to mention Nino McMorris a smart maanger who knows how to run deals at a dealership. Last but not least Anthony Mazany, he is not your normal sell you as much as he can dealership guy before you leave at the highest price. Ton actually check our portfolio and only and explained only the products we needed.He actually was concerned before we left that we knew everything and was concerned for our needs on our purchase. Buying a pre-owned vehicle here was fantastic The experience started with Leo in sales early in the day. He was knowledgeable, personable, and patient. We looked at a car that seemed like the one, but due diligence required that we shop some more. After six different dealer experiences, we knew we were headed back to Gerald Subaru that evening. On this visit we worked with Michael as our guide. He was even more helpful. He patiently expanded our knowledge of the vehicle, the process of buying it, providing everything we needed to make a decision. What a great experience all together. I highly recommend this dealership. More
