Salesman Leo Willis is top notch! I went to Carl Black just to look at possible left over 2019 trucks. After walking around for a few minutes, I was met by Leo Willis. Leo was very personable and did not try to pressure me into anything. He simply offered to show me some trucks that I may be interested in. After explaining what I was looking for, Leo took me to one particular truck. It was exactly what I was looking for, even though more money than I wanted to spend. We looked at several other trucks, but I kept looking at the first one. Leo asked if I would be willing to look at the numbers if he could get the price down a bit. Long story short, he got the numbers down to what I wanted......and then got me an additional $5500 off due to a first responder rebate. I actually ended up paying less for the truck than I actually hoped! I can't say enough good things about Leo. He made sure to take care of everything from start to finish. He even called me every couple of days afterward to make sure I was satisfied. To be honest, Leo is whole reason I bought from Carl Black. As long as he is there, they will continue to get my business. More
