I brought my truck in to Jimmy Britt Chrysler Jeep Dodge ram today, August 29, 2026 for a simple oil change tire rotation. However, once my vehicle was finished two hours later walking outside and seeing oi ram today, August 29, 2026 for a simple oil change tire rotation. However, once my vehicle was finished two hours later walking outside and seeing oil stains all over my vehicle was a big disappointment all over my hood, driver side door/door handle, passenger door/door handle. Also, later on that evening, noticing my under glow lights on my vehicle had holes in them and currently did not illuminate anymore due to mechanics jacking my vehicle up and not noticing the under glow lights. However, upon dropping off my vehicle, I stated to the desk clerk that there would be under glow present on my vehicle and to please take precaution however that precaution wasn’t took resulting in my under glow lights no longer working. This was my first time bringing my truck in for an oil change and this will be my last. Definitely a terrible experience. More

Received a warm welcome for it being so early in the morning. Was assured the vehicle would be ready in two hours or less. In the mean time I was dropped off up the street where i got to run some errand morning. Was assured the vehicle would be ready in two hours or less.
