Received a warm welcome for it being so early in the morning. Was assured the vehicle would be ready in two hours or less. I had an APPOINTMENT at 12:10 for an oil change on my 2007 Dodge Ram pickup. I arrived at 12:00. When greeted by the service center worker (I assume that was Kristen), I asked how long the service would 2007 Dodge Ram pickup. I arrived at 12:00. When greeted by the service center worker (I assume that was Kristen), I asked how long the service would take. She advised about an hour and a half. I replied, with that long a wait, I didn't need to make an appointment. She said, "then it would be about 2 hours". I didn't make arrangements to drop off the vehicle as it was just an oil change (drain plug and an oil filter), so I waited. At about 12:25, she came to find me to ask where I parked the truck. I walked outside and pointed it out. Sitting in the lobby, didn't hear from anyone until about 3:05 or 3:10. I mean 3 hours for a basic oil change, with someone who had an appointment. I felt it was a bit of an excessive wait. I'm not sure if I got under her skin when I asked how long would the wait be, but that was a long wait. I never dealt at all with anyone else so I can't accurately give a star rating. Truck was fine when I got it back. But honestly, not entirely impressed since all I asked for was a basic oil change.
