First time leasing Both my wife and I have had our cars since high school, and this was a brand new experience for us. After going into a few other dealerships and not being happy with the prices we were given for a lease, Honda was able to beat other prices and match our goal price without too much back-and-forth negotiation. Leon Miller was a stellar sales representative through every step- showcasing the car capabilities ( an expert!!), answering all our questions and making sure every detail we asked about was addressed before we drove away in our new car. Every department we interacted with was just as impressive as the other- friendly, professional and knowledgeable! We were treated like good friends from step one. The service department did an outstanding job installing all the accessories we purchased- the trailer hitch looks like it was factory installed!! After looking at many SUV’s, we were super impressed with the Pilot- very upscale in every aspect. We highly recommend Headquarters Honda! Very professional and friendly- focused on customer service all the way - every department! More
