I went to a couple of dealerships beforehand and felt very pressured, not welcomed, and like they were just trying to get me in and out but NOT HERE!!!! LEON did an AMAZING job at making us feel welcomed very pressured, not welcomed, and like they were just trying to get me in and out but NOT HERE!!!! I started my experience with headquarter when I started bringing my 2013 civic that I purchased at Coggin to their service department. Needless to say their quality of service was so much better I continue bringing my 2013 civic that I purchased at Coggin to their service department. Needless to say their quality of service was so much better I continue to go there for my service and when my car was unfortunately totaled I didn’t think of anywhere else to purchase mine 22 civic sport. Working with Leon was wonderful. He answered all questions, and made us feel confident that we were going to get a deal done for the car we wanted. The car we wanted was not even on the lot. Leon fo questions, and made us feel confident that we were going to get a deal done for the car we wanted. The car we wanted was not even on the lot. Leon found our car in Jacksonville, and drove it down to us. Finance manager TJ was also a pleasure to work with. This was our second time working with him and he explained all of our financing options and had us out of there in a timely manner. This is our third purchase from HQ Honda, and it will not be our last! Highly recommended!! More
