Worst experience ever This place is miserable. Salesman Leon Travis lied and tried to get out of the locked in internet price. He also catered to a potential new customer This place is miserable. Salesman Leon Travis lied and tried to get out of the locked in internet price. He also catered to a potential new customer, and made me wait over 4 hours, when he knew I was buying a new car. Leon promised me 3 free oil changes . . . when I brought the car in for warrenty service, I was charged $63 for an oil change. When I asked Leon about this, he was too busy. I finally got the surly sales manager to negate the charges, but he was extremely unpleasant and angry. Criswell keptmy new car for over a week to fix electronic issues. I had to wait close to 4 hours to get a loaner. The Jeep is a nice product . . . such a shame to have to deal with a dealorship such as this!! More

I had totaled my vehicle and I needed to get in another one fast. Because of previous bad customer service at other dealerships, I came in there very hesitant, waiting to be pushed and haggled. Leon Travis assured me that would not be the case at Criswell. He was right! Leon worked diligently with me throughout the whole process. He was very professional and he listened. Mr. Travis is the definition of Spectacular Customer Service! I am very happy with my new Dodge Dart. Thank you! That didn't hurt one bit!!! More

Leon is Awesome! I am a detail oriented person who likes to know exactly what I am getting. If I end up being disappointed with a purchase, I blame only myself. My car buying process goes like this: Step 1 - I ask "The Google" lots of questions and read a lot of websites, reviews, blogs, etc. Step 2 - I ask the sales rep a lot of questions Step 3 - I request quotes via email from a lot of dealers Step 4 - Based on the information I collect in Steps 1, 2, and 3 ... I narrow down my wish list ... and go back to step 1. i.e. Rinse and Repeat until done! By the end of the process, I make absolutely sure I am comparing apples and apples. I request the identical quote from every dealer via email. My process can drive sales reps and their managers CRAZY. Several have blown me off after just a few interactions. They stop answering the mail! Or better yet, I get the "if you want a quote, you will have to come into the dealership and talk to my manager" ... Like YEAH, RIGHT! I'm going to just jump in my car and sit in Washington, DC traffic because the Sales Rep is being manipulated by a Manager who doesn't get it that people shop online nowadays! Really! Well ... Not my sales rep at Criswell Jeep in Gaithersburg, MD ... Leon Travers ... What a great find! As it turns out, Leon is also a detail oriented guy. He actually gets excited about working with detail oriented people. I can't wear this guy out! Of ALL the sales reps at ALL of the area dealerships, Leon was the ONLY ONE who never got tired of my questions and the worked with his management to get me the best price. I highly recommend Leon and his management and would absolutely buy a car from Leon and Criswell again. And I change my mind and repeat More
