Excellent customer service We were greeted promptly when we walked in. I had an idea of what I wanted but Leon was great in showing me cars that checked off all my "must haves" We were greeted promptly when we walked in. The car buying process can be lengthy but it was painless working with Leon and the finance folks. I was out the door with my new car in about 2-3 hours. I've had the car about 5 days now and don't regret my purchase one bit! More

Leon Travis kept in contact with me, but not to the point of bothering me. On my time frame, I set up times to meet. Once meeting Leon in person it confirmed my feeling over the phone. Leon was awesome!!!! I went to this dealership because my Costco disc was at this location. I met with Leon Travis. From the very beginning of our phone and email conversa I went to this dealership because my Costco disc was at this location. I met with Leon Travis. From the very beginning of our phone and email conversations he was great very nice, patient and took his time with me, and if any one knows me they know I ask a lot of questions. I want a safe and reliable car but most importantly one I can afford. Leon took at least 2 hrs with me and we went over car over car price over price to see what met my needs. My husband wanted to do other shopping which we did but----- but no one compares to the friendless and patience Leon had with me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying car. I highly recommend this dealership BUT mostly I I recommend Leon Travis as your sales guys!!! worth the drive to see him and I will RETURN :-) More

Mr. Traves is both a knowledgable salesman (he answered all my questions satisfactorily) and a salesman that inspires trust and confidence. My only concern is that the dealership is far away from my home. I hope Chriswell has a shuttle service to the Metro if I am required leave my car at the dealership for service.
