Mr. Traves is both a knowledgable salesman (he answered all my questions satisfactorily) and a salesman that inspires trust and confidence. My only concern is that the dealership is far away from my home. I hope Chriswell has a shuttle service to the Metro if I am required leave my car at the dealership for service. After we purchased our 2014, he went out of his way to tell us the 2015's were coming out for order the next week. This fact was kept from us when we asked and might have made ur wait or ask for a lower price. Not a good business practice which left a bad taste. This has nothing to do with Travis nor the car which we like so far. More
