All the sales people at Criswell were extremely helpful and informative as opposed to being pushy or demanding. I was provided with informative details with regards to my inquiries about the models of Jeep Cherokee that I was interested in and allowed to make my own informed decisions about purchase without undue pressure. After several trips and test drives at Criswell, I selected a model for purchase and believe I received a very fair price as well as being treated with the utmost respect and dignity throughout the process.
