I bought a 2019 Pre Owned Mercedes C300 on May 8,2024. On the description brochure under warranty, It had Mercedes Benz Certified PreOwned Warranty, this is NOT accurate. I took the car to my Mercedes dealership in Scottsdale, AZ and there is no record of the warranty.I have emailed Leor Zvi, the sales person who sold me the car and have not had any response, I wanted to know what kind of Warranty I have ?. Also the car came with no spare tire ,Leor told me that it has Run Flat tires, newer model Mercedes do not come with a spare. I checked with the tire specialist at my Mercedes dealership and he said the car has all weather tires, not the Flat tire.I would appreciate these issues be brought to the Managers attention and resolved as soon as possible.
