Overall experience was rough, we ended up being there for 8 hours. There would be large chunks of time that we had no idea what was going on or why it was taking so long, which was pretty frustrating. Howeve 8 hours. However, the sales associate we were working with Leroy was super nice, friendly, and clearly doing everything he could...and we ended up with a great car because of him. His service was a full 5 stars, but the day as a whole would only be 2 at best. More
