I've purchased a bunch of vehicles from Crown over the years, and 'service' is one of the reasons why. Lesley Shepard was the Service Rep that took my initial call. From that minute, she treated me as a years, and 'service' is one of the reasons why. Lesley Shepard was the Service Rep that took my initial call. From that minute, she treated me as a valued customer, including walking w/me to my truck as I left the Service Dept, to be sure everything was performed to my satisfaction. Lesley saved me today. I was far from home and having trouble with my gas door not unlocking and I needed gas. I drive to Crown Nissan since it was close to where I was. My young kids were in the car and trouble with my gas door not unlocking and I needed gas. I drive to Crown Nissan since it was close to where I was. My young kids were in the car and it's hot. I asked Lesley to rescue us! She came outside and tried troubleshooting with me. When we couldn't figure it out she went and got a very nice gentleman who was able to pop the door so I could at least get gas and get home. Thanks for helping us Lesley! More
