Personal attention Leslie Shepherd greeted me promptly and addressed my auto request for oil change and she checked my previous service and suggested what was needed. Then the service tech heard the noise and diagnosed a U joint was needed. I returned the next day to replace it . They washed the truck and got me back on the road. More

Absolutely awesome I brought my 2019 Sentra in for it’s first oil change and tire rotation. Danny and the other people in the service department completely blew me away I brought my 2019 Sentra in for it’s first oil change and tire rotation. Danny and the other people in the service department completely blew me away with their professionalism. In addition to the snacks offered in the lounge one of service guys was going out to pick up lunch and was gracious enough to offer to bring lunch for the other customers and I. I will definitely be returning here for future service!!! More

I was helped by Leslie shepherd a service advisor .. it was my first time getting my car serviced she was so helpful and even got me a driver Matt that I had been waiting for she also made sure my car got washed and vacuumed and to top it off she made me and my son feel so comfortable. I was already pleased with Crown Nissan when I purchased my car and now I’m even more pleased and only plan on taking my car to them for oil changes tire rotations etc. thank you Leslie once again More
