Once I had ordered the car, my experience went downhill.
They asked me for documents for financing that were unnecessary and apologized when I told them that they weren't necessary--I ended up not financing

When I went to pick up the vehicle with a specific appointment, it took 2 hours until I was out of the dealership to sign 5 minutes of paperwork, and when I called a few days before my temp plate was set to expire, they still didn't have the plates. They called me the day my plates were expiring to request additional information which told me that they hadn't even started the process of registering the vehicle. Promised I'd have the plates within a day, after my temp plates expired, but I'm not holding my breath. I could understand maybe one glitch in the process but not all across the board. I wouldn't recommend this dealer. (The car itself, though, is great so far!)
