Well, update: It seems that I did not have the correct phone number for James. We’ve sorted it out and he’s been tremendously helpful. I called Daniel in service to ask about roadside hazard (as in, phone number for James. We’ve sorted it out and he’s been tremendously helpful. I called Daniel in service to ask about roadside hazard (as in, is that some thing I have) as well as to inquire about some of the basic features on my car and he was very helpful. There’s a key safety feature that apparently is neither included on this car nor available to add on. I’m immeasurably disappointed. But James explain to me how I might add it on later. In the long run, another good Kia experience. More

Although the entire buying process was fairly predictable with the usual, “let me ask my manager’ rhetoric which I understand is required of sales personnel, Brad was much more personal and engaging than anticipated. I did research beforehand and knew the exact model and style I wanted and Brad went above and beyond to find a match, which wasn’t easy. I am beyond happy with my Telluride! Thanks Brad! More
